Acting is a Long Game: How to Avoid Industry Burnout Through Mindfulness Tools

Recording: Acting is a Long Game: How to Avoid Industry Burnout Through Mindfulness Tools, Date TBA

The pandemic caused the biggest shakeup actors, casting directors and agents have seen to the casting process in some time.  Technology came into play more than ever and those with the tools in place to adjust to change were at an advantage.
Acting professionally is a long (and sometimes excruciating) game.  While near impossible to predict failures or successes of an acting career, there are mindfulness tools available to assist you on your journey that aren't typically part of traditional actor training.

This conversation between an actor, casting, an agent and therapy professionals will focus on: the casting process, how it has changed, what to look towards moving forward and which mindfulness tools you can use to get you through the ebbs and flows of a professional acting career.
