The flexitarian diet, which emphasizes fruits, veggies, whole grains and plant-based protein, is a smart and healthy choice – and it's on the rise. It emphasizes consumers focusing on increasing intake of plant-based food. Plant-based goes beyond just being meat free, it’s a lifestyle change for mindful eating – an impact on our health, communities and the earth at large.  Denise Woodard, CEO & Founder of Partake, joins emerging plant based voices – Todd Anderson (AKA Turnip Vegan) and Julia Collins of Moonshot Crackers / Planet FWD to speak to what they're seeing in the space with the ability to be more agile in the market and react to consumer demands.
