Presented by House Of Lepore
House of Lepore at Cheer Up Charlie's Outdoor
"The House of Lepore" is a chosen family of Queer performance artists based in Austin that are dedicated to bringing ballroom/vogue culture to the forefront of Central Texas. House of Lepore was founded in 2018 by matriarch and Legendary Overall Mother, Natalie "Girl6" Lepore. Because of Lepore's roots as a performance collective, House of Lepore is composed of artists that range from burlesque dancers, musicians, DJ's, drag artists, photographers, and much much more. At House of Lepore, individuality is valued first, and members are given the space to hone their craft, while providing know-how and opportunity to one another as part of a family effort.
In 2022, House of Lepore made history by throwing the very first ball at SXSW. Since then, House of Lepore has been featured on Texas Monthly Magazine, has won a "Best Of Austin Award," and has celebrated the 1-Year anniversary of "ATX Vogue Nights," a monthly ballroom function at Swan Dive where the community can learn about and participate in ballroom culture.
