Los Dioses Del Ritmo born in Quibdó,Chocó are the founders of a new genre "EXOTICO '' hailing from the Pacific region of Colombia. A vocal manifestation of traditional Afro Colombian sounds from the Caribbean fusing salsa choke, bunde, aguabajo, urbano, US hip hop, dancehall and electronic along with new dance forms and movements specific to the genre. The release of "Rico Rico" in 2020 led to a musical phenomenon by their fans who developed a new form of dance, a stylized footwork of Hip Hop and Afro Colombian moves. The social media popularity grew rampid on Tik Tok and the genre has gained national and international popularity across all social media and digital music platforms. Los Dioses del Ritmo are Luigy Boy, La Meaya, La Florezta and Kevin Vega, a collective of producers, songwriters, lyricists, beatmakers and dancers responsible for the newest genre in Colombia known as "EXOTICO ''.
