Big Bill is a band from Austin, Texas, known for their cathartic lives shows and a darkly comic, nervy take on punk rock. They fully embrace the “all are welcome” vibe of punk circa the early 1980's, as embodied by Austin legends like Big Boys and The Dicks. The current lineup consists of Eric Braden on vocals, Alex Riegelman on guitar, Alan Lauer on bass, and Jeff Olson on drums. Founded by Eric and his brother Cody in 2011, they have evolved from the rawest, weirdest punk to explore a bevy of different sounds, genres, and melodic avenues. But even as the band's ambition evolves and their sound expands, that Outsider Art element to their music lives on.
