Chai Vasarhelyi and Jimmy Chin are Academy Award-winning filmmakers and the directors/producers of “Free Solo,” which won a BAFTA & the 2019 Academy Award for Best Doc Feature. Their filmography also includes “Meru,” winner of the 2015 Sundance Audience Award, and Nat Geo’s feature doc “The Rescue” and series “Edge of the Unknown With Jimmy Chin”.
