In 2017, Matt Angel and Suzanne Coote wrote and directed "The Open House". The film, starring Dylan Minnette, was acquired by Netflix and quickly became one of the studio’s most watched thrillers. Angel and Coote soon returned to Netflix to direct the psychological thriller, "Hypnotic". "The Wrath of Becky" marks their third outing as co-directors.
