Roopa Gogineni

Roopa Gogineni is a director and photographer from West Virginia focused on historical memory and modes of resistance. For a decade she lived in Nairobi where she developed a practice rooted in co-creation. Her films have screened at festivals including IDFA, Hot Docs, Full Frame and Sheffield Doc/Fest.
