Kayla Abuda Galang is a second-gen Filipino American filmmaker exploring themes of home, family, and belonging. Her latest film, "When You Left Me on That Boulevard" (2023), premiered at Sundance Film Festival. Her film "Learning Tagalog with Kayla" (2021) premiered at SXSW and won an Audience Award. She is currently working on her first feature.
