ARTISTS& presents their first ever showcase at this year's SXSW festival with the aim of opening up classical music to a more mainstream audience. We challenge the perceptions of the genre with young, dynamic and exciting artists, creating innovative formats and more engaging concert experiences. We present classical music in a relaxed environment, bringing down the barrier between the artists and the audience that is too often present in the concert hall. Expect a showcase of artists from the traditional classical right through to alternative classical; with blends of rock, soul, jazz and RnB.
