Muck and the Mires (Boston, MA) are bringing their Beat Revolution back to SXSW! Rock legend Kim Fowley (who produced several of the band's records) famously described Muck and the Mires as the 1964 BEATLES meets THE RAMONES…unforgettable three minute pop gems played so fast and furious that they clock in at two minutes. The band recently earned “Coolest Song in the World” on Little Steven's SIRIUS XM Underground Garage station and was voted best garage band of 2022 by popular garage rock show The Garage D’or. The band heads to the West Coast after SXSW and then back to Europe in June.
