81355 (pronounced bless) is a collaboration between three of Indianapolis’ standout artists: Sirius Blvck, Oreo Jones, and Sedcairn Archives. While the three have worked together in the past, contributing to one another’s projects in the form of cameos and guest production, this is the first instance in which they have bonded together from conception to execution. The result is the stunning and idiosyncratic debut album under the 81355 moniker, This Time I’ll Be of Use via 37d03d, Justin Vernon and Aaron & Bryce Dessner's imprint.
“Proudly idiosyncratic and tethered to their local punk and art scenes, 81355 (pronounced “Bless”) is a compelling reminder that, so often, the most exciting things around the corner for art and music aren’t coming from a board room — they’re coming from neighborhood clubs, house shows, and basements.” - Consequence of Sound
