Founded and continue to lead Ignite Talks, a global talk series of speedy presentations. Each speaker gets 20 slides that auto-advance every 15 seconds for a total of 5 minutes on stage. The events and format promote public speaking; for many people, this is their first time on stage. Over 10,000 Ignite talks have been given; our talks have been viewed over 6M times on YouTube. Ignite is commonly used for internal knowledge-sharing at organizations like the Gates Foundation, World Bank, Amazon, and Google. We have now developed the format into a unique method for teaching public speaking.
