Charlie Apple

Charlie Apple is a High School student and former wrestler from Corpus Christi. Throughout the legislative sessions, he has spoken about the positive effects that wrestling has had on his life as a transgender man and the importance of sports to the mental well-being of kids. He has repeatedly testified about what it truly is like being a transgender High School student in Texas. He has spoken against the many transgender sports bans, the transgender medical bans, and has served as a voice for Corpus Christi's teenage transgender community.
