Daniel Weissland Bio:

Daniel Weissland is President of Audi of America, Inc. effective September 1, 2019.
No stranger to the brand, Daniel began his professional career with Audi in 1998 as an intern in Industrial Engineering at AUDI AG, then transitioned into Product Marketing at Audi of America. Daniel spent more than 20 years growing his breadth of automotive expertise in the areas of sales, marketing and product management globally.

Daniel joins Audi of America from Canada where he most recently served as President and CEO of Volkswagen Group Canada, and Volkswagen Canada. During his time in Canada, Daniel was responsible for achieving record growth for the business.

In addition to his success in Canada, Daniel was a member of the team responsible for creating the National Sales Company (NSC) for Volkswagen and Audi in Dubai, and as Chief of Staff to the board member for marketing and sales of AUDI AG, among other global endeavors and accomplishments.

Native to Gunzebhausen, Germany, Daniel now resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children.
