Alicia is the SVP of Content, Community and Brand at Skillshare, a learning platform for creativity. As a former journalist and TV producer, Alicia is passionate about bringing the power of storytelling to education. At Skillshare, she’s focused on cultivating a thriving teacher community, building a world-class catalog, and positioning the brand at the epicenter of the creator economy. She’s the recipient of a UN Media Peace Award and Walkley Journalism Award, and her work has been featured at IDFA, Raindance Film Festival, and the Sydney Festival.
