Night Keyes
Night Keyes is a real estate developer and consultant focused on Public-Private Partnerships (P3’s). He is currently focused on projects that deliver the densification of technology infrastructure necessary to support 5G, edge computing and the realignment of the energy grid. Night began his career as an attorney representing commercial and residential developers in deal structuring, finance, and complex commercial disputes. From there he transitioned into an in-house counsel role before becoming CEO of a family investment office. Night led a portfolio that included mixed-use real estate development, construction, and a multi-state restaurant chain. His experience has honed a collaborative approach to problem solving that focuses on holistic solutions for making better places. P3 Projects have included hotel-convention centers, mixed use developments, a University recreation center and various advisory and consulting engagements for large-scale infrastructure project pursuit teams. Based in Dallas, he is an alumnus of the University of Arkansas School of Law and Harvard Business School.
