Danielle Steer

Danielle Steer is the Managing Director of Tundra Ventures and the founding Executive Director of Lunar Startups, Minneapolis-St. Paul’s first early-stage accelerator for founders who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color, LGBTQ, women, and non-binary. Danielle is an award-winning ecosystem builder, super-connector, and program designer.

After getting her Masters in Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, Danielle worked in international development, focusing on social entrepreneurship as a mechanism for creating community wealth. Since moving to Minnesota, Danielle has received MinneInno's "On Fire" award, Minnesota Business Magazine (Real) Power 50 Award, and most recently, Twin Cities Business 2021100 People to Know award. Danielle sits on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board of Advisors for the Global Accelerator Network.
