Candace Rodney

Candace J. Rodney holds dual titles as the Executive Vice President of Dreamville Ventures, the multi-disciplinary media company founded by celebrated artist J. Cole; and President of Dreamville Studios, its content arm. Candace oversees Dreamville Ventures’ operations, which includes managing the infrastructure, teams, partnerships and success of all six verticals: Records, Studios, Publishing, Apparel, Festival and Agency. Additionally, Candace leads development and production for the newly-created Dreamville Studios, from original content, acquisitions, and co-productions across genres and platforms.
