Lucy Guill

On the Oracle Health Innovation team, Lucy applies her experience and passion for bringing new ideas to life through design thinking to develop novel technology approaches and solutions for the public health and healthcare sectors. Before joining Oracle, Lucy developed a diverse professional background with experience in population health, communicable disease surveillance, direct-to- employer health services, entertainment technology, and finance. Lucy received a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina and an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management. She is also a Certified Integrative Health Coach from Duke Health, specializing in the psychology of behavior change for chronic illness prevention and management. Lucy is proficient in Spanish, and has lived and traveled extensively in South America, the U.K., and Europe.
