Harley Blakeman

Harley is the Founder and CEO of Honest Jobs, the nation's leading employment platform for people with criminal records and employers who will hire them. 500 companies across the U.S.currently use the Honest Jobs platform to offer fair chance employment. Harley was sentenced to 14 months in prison for theft and drugs when he was 19 years old before earning his business degree. Additionally, Harley has hired over a dozen people with felony convictions who work across a variety of sectors at Honest Jobs.
