Deon Graham
Deon Graham, Chief Brand Officer of Combs Enterprises, oversees the creative, strategic marketing, digital content and development of Sean Combs’ diverse portfolio of companies and investments. Prior to becoming a C-Suite executive, Graham spent several years as Combs’ Digital Director leading a bicoastal team of brand strategists and content creators. Growing up in South Florida, Graham had minimal exposure to corporate America. After a brief college stint, Graham established himself as a staple in the Miami nightlife scene by promoting some of the city’s biggest parties and events. Leveraging his network and influence, Graham launched his own website and digital agency City Never Sleeps in 2008 to provide a platform that highlighted the club scene and spoke to the Black community. After hosting ads for CÎROC Vodka on his website, Mr. Combs took notice of Graham’s hustle and cultural footprint and offered him a full-time position on his team in 2009. With over a decade of experience working alongside Mr. Combs, Graham has been instrumental in the continuous success of the company. In addition to his work across Combs Enterprises brand including Bad Boy Entertainment, driving the resurgence of CÎROC Vodka and DeLeón Tequila, Graham has played a pivotal role in transforming REVOLT into the leading Black-owned multi-platform media company. In 2021, Graham led the launch of The Excellence Program, a successful partnership between Combs Enterprises and WME that provided a virtual education program to help aspiring executives from underrepresented backgrounds break into the entertainment, sports and fashion industries. Graham is focused on using his extensive experience and unique skill set to build dynamic brands and develop impactful campaigns that further elevate Combs Enterprises mission of inspiring greatness and celebrating excellence to pave the way for a more equitable future.
