I'm a 5'1" Swiss Army knife and 5 year cannabis expert that has spent 8 years operating early stage startups across emerging markets in CPG, urban mobility, and enterprise tech.

I did a double career pivot into cannabis x investing without having a prior finance background and worked for several funds with 60+ collective portfolio companies that include Dropbox, Patreon, Betterment, Airbnb, Jane Technologies, Meadow and more.

After working for other funds, I decided it was time to build my own path and started JourneyOne Ventures, a 100% woman and minority owned early stage focused cannabis fund that invests in bold super performers with robust networks that have prior executive-level management experience in cannabis or tangential industries.

My north star is to get more women and minorities into executive positions in cannabis and I saw a big need to have diverse investors help build this industry as the mid to top of the talent stack is disappointingly homogenous.

I would love to help mentees on fundraising strategies, M&A, product roadmapping, go to market strategy and sales. My expertise spans across a variety of industries including: cannabis, food and bev, CPG, tech, and healthcare.
