Maggy Carlyle

Maggy Carlyle is General Counsel for the Pac-12 Conference. She oversees all legal and business affairs, sports integrity, security, administrative, and governance matters of the Pac-12 Conference and Pac-12 Networks. She serves as corporate secretary to the board of directors and advises executive leadership on commercial transactions, litigation, corporate governance matters, and strategic planning. Maggy also leads the Pac-12 Conferences' medical program, the Pac-12 Student-Athlete Health and Well-being Initiative (Pac-12 SAHWBI), that funds over $2 million annually in sports medicine research to its member institutions, has established a first-of-its kind conference-wide electronic medical record and data program, and operates the Pac-12 Brain Trauma Task Force and Pac-12 Mental Health Task Force to research, develop and share best practices to support the health and safety of all Pac-12 student-athletes.
