Alondra Smith is a Yoga Instructor for all. Her goal is to educate, encourage and evolve others to be the best versions of themselves by way of Yoga! Alondra believes Yoga is deeper than a few poses and a cute mat. It is through Yoga that she regained her power and self-confidence during a trying time. Her hope is to provide a safe space of tranquility, love and respect; in such a way, that it's inevitable for one to flourish both on and off the mat. She combines breath and mindful movement to inspire people of all ages, shapes, sizes and backgrounds.
