Transportation strategist, and motivational speaker and Founding Partner of Autonomous Vehicle Consulting, LLC concentrating on new mobility; shared, connected, autonomous and electric vehicle policy, and its impacts on governments, OEMs, and stakeholder communities. An adjunct at USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and as the former Senior Advisor to the Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration served as the co-chair for the FMCSA Automated Working Group as well as AAMVA (American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators) Automated Vehicle Work Group.
A graduate of Hofstra University School of Law and Stony Brook University with a certification in Federal Executive Leadership from American University and a Certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.

Currently serviing on the Academic Advisory Council of PAVE (Partners for Automated Vehicle Education) and a Member of the Underwriters Laboratory Standards Technical Panel (STP) Evaluation of Autonomous Vehicles and the 2022 Non-Resident Senior Fellow in the Institute for Transportation Studies Environmental Justice Fellowship at UC Davis. Passionate about supporting people and organizations that are in pursuit of equitable transportation networks that provide mobility and freedom of movement for all.
