Kevin Blake

Kevin Blake is the co-founder of Good People, a consulting firm of global perspectives and experiences focused on an industry we believe in — cannabis. He has a 19 year career in business and management consulting, previously working with clients like Facebook and JP Morgan Chase, and since 2017 in cannabis with the likes of Flow Kana and the City of San Francisco. He has been investing in cannabis since 2014 and was an early investor in Pax, GTI, and Flowhub.

He is also Executive Director of IDEATE, a 501c3 non-profit organization with a mission to activate ideas for a regenerative world for all. IDEATE has recently accelerated a carbon offset program and 2030 Environmental Sustainability Roadmap for the Burning Man Project, and is currently scaling a successful and dynamic composting solution.

Kevin is a board member of Potential Energy LLC (an African-based NGO), an executive committee member for the Sanaya Fund (a Berkeley-based social impact seed fund), an advisory board member, and supports several charities and local animal shelters.

Kevin holds a BSBA in Finance from Miami University and an MBA from the University of California-Berkeley. He is an intentional user of plant medicine, an advocate for gender and social equity, and always finds time to explore the outdoors with his rescue dog, Willie Nelson.
