Michelle Hayward
Michelle Hayward knew early on in her career that she business was about so much more than making a profit. Her unique career path taught her that not only did she want to use business as a force for good, but she also wanted to create a company where employees could be authentic, focus on what matters most, and give back to the community and the world at large.
Hayward is the founder and CEO of Bluedog Design, a Chicago-based consulting organization that advises multi-national, scale companies on developing business and brand strategy that lands in confident decision-making and in-market growth. Her business insight is fueled by being in constant conversation with leaders in high-growth companies around the globe.
Hayward is an expert on how to balance profit with purpose, B CORP certification (an honor Bluedog is proud to have received), how to build and sustain successful workplace cultures, women in leadership and brand innovation.
A graduate of The Kellogg School of Management’s Chief Marketing Officer Program, Hayward is active in her community and is working on her first book, currently titled “Roadmap for 21st Century Women in Business”.
