Vidisha Prasad

Vidisha Prasad is the Managing Partner of Adya Partners, based in Houston, TX. Adya Partners is a multi-strategy investment and advisory firm focused on private secondary investments in late-stage Companies and early stage venture capital (seed-Series B in long horizon energy, energy tech, climate tech, energy transition and enterprise solutions focused on the entire energy value chain.

Ms. Prasad brings two decades of experience in investments, strategic and Board advisory, corporate mergers, asset acquisitions and divestitures, capital markets and restructuring. She has been involved in the execution and origination of more than $80 billion of domestic and cross-border M&A and A&D advisory, leveraged buyout and capital raising transactions over the course of her career, and has worked across the US, Europe and Asia.

Prior to founding Adya Partners, Ms. Prasad was a founding member of Guggenheim Securities' Energy Investment Banking practice in Houston. Prior to Guggenheim, Ms. Prasad was at Citi's Global Energy Investment Banking practice in Houston, London and New York.

Ms. Prasad serves on the Board of Centennial Resources (NASDAQ: CDEV) where she serves on the Audit and NESG Committees, and the Grammy(R) Award winning Houston Chamber Choir, where she chairs the Development Committee.
