Kathleen Delgado
Kathleen is an innovative and strategic leader combining her marketing, research, and client management background delivering new thinking and impactful results. She is currently the vice president of strategic initiatives and partnerships with FrancesWest&Co, driving innovation with clients to scale and sustain inclusion through advisory services, workshops, and partnerships. Kathleen's career began at software startup Lotus, where their progressive workplace culture inspired and framed her career working with first-of-kind workplace initiatives. She continued her career within global technology companies, including IBM, in brand marketing at the Olympics, strategic partnerships across industry, and research for innovative technology solutions designed to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities and the ageing population, but ultimately benefiting all. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Kathleen has lived and worked in the United States and Europe. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting and Communications from State University of New York at Oswego and International Studies at Regents College, London, England.
