Marco is a Latin American corporate entrepreneur and inspiring leader with a degree in Production, Engineer and Masters in Business Administration, focused on creating positive impact businesses, combining empathy and exponential technologies to turn untapped opportunities into business disruption reality.

Marco is one of the innovation executives that founded EmbraerX, Embraer’s aircraft manufacturer disruptive innovation arm. Today, leading Beacon: the fleet agnostic platform designed to connect and synchronize industry resources in the aftermarket ecosystem, and aviation services professionals in a more agile and efficient way, to keep aircraft flying.

Before joining EmbraerX, Marco spent 15 years of his career with Embraer adding value on Strategy and also execution of a few transformational initiatives within all business units worldwide, including Embraer´s Enterprise Excellence Program.
