Patricia Ellen is the Secretary of Economic Development, Science and Technology – State of São Paulo. She was president of Optum in Brazil, a health technology company, and a former partner at McKinsey&Co. She is a professor of Leadership and Digital Innovation and was nominated Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum in 2016.
