Jennifer Greenhorn

Jennifer is the Director of Service Design and Research for the EYDS Canada. Jennifer holds an MBA in Technology from Hult; Bachelor of Design from Emily Carr and Master’s Studies in Inclusive Design at OCADU. She has been practicing strategy and design for 20 years across industry including News Media, Healthcare, Government, Retail, and Technology with a focus on creating equitable products and services through inclusive and trauma informed methods. Her work has been featured at BC Digital Health Demo Day, Conference for the International Association of Adolescent Health in Copenhagen, and Forbes. She has been a feature speaker for the Seattle Interactive Conference, ProductBC, and Brainstation.
