Jake Chervinsky

Jake is General Counsel for Compound Labs, Inc., an open-source software development firm focused on the decentralized finance (DeFi) sector of the cryptocurrency industry. He is responsible for all of Compound's legal and regulatory matters, and also works on public policy in Washington, DC as a co-chair of the Blockchain Association's DeFi Working Group. Before joining Compound, Jake worked in private practice representing clients in a broad range of regulatory compliance, financial services litigation, and government enforcement defense matters.
