Gerrit Jan van't Veen

Gerrit Jan is an entrepeneur. Since 2000 he has worked on a variety of ventures, with ups and downs. Primarily in the space of public sector, technology and innovation. Since 2019 he is Managing Director and CEO of WorldStrartup. WorldStartup is a global entrepreneurship platform, aiming to accelerate the global transition to sustainable and equitable societies by enabling purpose-driven innovators to create successful ventures. Together with Dutch governments, WorldStartup develops multiple innovation programs to innovate government services, increase the quality of cities, and help to deal with disinformation. Privacy, Data, Citizen Centered Design are at the heart of the programs.
