John Mader

John Mader, Producer/Director for TRISH’s documentary “Space Health: Surviving in the Final Frontier”, brings over 20 years experience in the entertainment industry. His production experience runs the gambit from reality TV, to documentaries, to medium budget features, up to multi-million dollar an episode/week scripted network TV shows. Some of his production credits include “Naked and Afraid” and “Naked and Afraid XL” series, “The Odd Couple” (recent female version), “Young & Hungry”, “The Millers”, “Rob” and “The Astronaut Farmer”.

In addition to his entertainment expertise, Mr. Mader brings a unique perspective to his work for TRISH. Mr. Mader attended Ohio State University where he dual majored in Molecular Genetics and Paleo Anthropology and minored in Aeronautical Engineering. He also spent fifteen years in politics in Ohio with a lobbying firm at the state and federal level representing non-profit nursing homes.

Mr. Mader’s reputation is not only known for being able to produce in any genre at any budget level, but to be able to manage two separate scripted shows for two separate studio/networks at the same time, managing over 200 cast and crew in completely different genres/formats.
