Luis Martinez-Amago
Luis Martinez-Amago is Deputy CEO of Technicolor, and President and General Manager of the Connected Home Division, leader in Customer Premises Equipment market. He jointed Technicolor in October 2015.
The Connected Home Division has activity in all continents delivering to Service Providers the solutions for their residential business (Video, IOT and Broadband). The Connected Home headquarter is in Metro Atlanta, Georgia (USA).
Coming to Technicolor from Alcatel-Lucent, Martinez-Amago has carried out multiple roles and responsibilities during the last 30 years. Most recently, he was the CEO of Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell in China. Prior to this, he spent several years as President of the Europe, CIS, Middle East and African region. Prior to that, he held the responsibility of several worldwide business divisions as its President, from Fixed Broadband Networks Division, to Applications Business Divisions, to Wireless Transmission Division of the company.
He is originally from Barcelona (Spain) and has lived throughout his career in the following cities: Madrid, Paris, London, Vienna, Antwerp, Shanghai and Atlanta.
He holds a Technical degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of La Salle, Barcelona; as well as PDD in General Management from IESE Business School.
