Michael Tomasulo

I am a trial lawyer, patent litigator, dealmaker, and trusted advisor focused on helping tech companies solve their most important legal and business problems. I founded and co-chair Winston's Videogames, E-sports and Gaming group.

Here are 5 things about me.

1. I have been working as a IP lawyer since 1995 and love what I do. I get to learn their tech and help them solve some of their most interesting problems.

2. I love technology. I had cases in the 90s on PCMCIA cards and hardware emulation, then onto LEDs, medical devices and flash memory, from there to cloud computing and multiplayer videogames.

3. I am a believer in web 3.0. I am all over NFTs, and Blockchain right now. I think smart-contracts will change the way everyone does business. I have many clients in the space. I am writing and speaking about the space all the time, and am enjoying doing deal work in the space. I am helping an NFT company launch their market this month. 4. I did some podcasts and taught a class. Last year, I went to observe Judge Albright's first patent trial. I did daily videos to share what I saw and thought and along with 2 colleagues, did a nightly podcast to discuss the trial. I met Judge Albright then and we decided to teach a class together, which we did this fall. Teaching with him (and Kat Li of McKool Smith) was one of the best experiences of my career.
