Anne Whitlock

As founding director of Connect Community, Anne is responsible for all aspects in developing the Connect partnership in order to do place-based community development with the residents of Sharpstown/Gulfton. This includes overseeing the budget, planning process, development of capital campaigns, community engagement processes and identifying new partnership opportunities for service delivery.
