Wilhelmina Jewell Sparks

Wilhelmina Jewell Sparks is a global executive who has worked in both Corporate and Startup environments across the globe (Japan, USA, Germany) for over 20 years. She is a trained molecular biologist turned business strategist and startup business angel who has had touchpoints with several EU startups who are now some of our EU startup stars. She is the CEO BiTHOUSE Venture Group Inc and the Managing Director of UNITED17 Ventures. She is a Managing Partner of of Startup42 Media which highlights founder journeys via podcast media. Jewell's goal is to foster collaboration and innovation culture amongst corporates, innovators, investors, government and community. Her network and reach is inclusive of underrepresented founders and leaders as well as mainstream players from across the globe. Jewell serves on several global advisory boards, is a mentor for the Women in Tech program of US Trade and Invest and is an active advisor/mentor to several startups and Corporate accelerator programs, and is a strong advocate of the Arts & Sciences. Leveling the playing field by “Bridging the Gap,” by “Connecting the Dots” is her motto.
