Cortney Lovell
A well-known, international, recovery advocate and speaker, Cortney Lovell is a modern messenger for change. Driven by her personal experience of growth, transformation, study, and introspection, she challenges traditional treatment systems to truly meet individuals where they are, with the support they need.
Cortney co-founded Our Wellness Collective and Recovery Training Online to better support the growing recovery profession. She currently serves on the Health and Human Services Advisory Committee for Women’s Services, National Academy of Medicine’s Opioid Collaborative, the Foundation for Opioid Response Effort's Scientific Advisory Council, is the Director of Cross Systems Education for Families Together in New York State, and is a regular addiction media correspondent.
