Shondra Washington

Shondra has worked in financial services in New York since 2013. She learned corporate finance and financial modeling as a technology investment banker at one of the fastest growing investment banks in the world. She made the transition into investment banking with no prior experience after working as an HR and Operations associate where she analyzed data for and supported over 65,000 employees. Her role as an investment banker allowed her to expand her skill set and work in the tech industry which she has always been highly interested in.

In 2018, Shondra co-founded TBC-Capital, an education-first investment firm. Working with TBC, she has helped entrepreneurs to get over six-figures in investments and grants and continues to work with underrepresented founders in the tech and consumer products industries.

She is currently using her investment and finance experience as the President of TBC-Capital and as an on-demand CFO for early-stage companies.
