Ashwini Chhabra is the Chief Public Policy Officer at TIER Mobility, the leading European shared micromobility operator.

A veteran of shared mobility, prior to TIER, Ashwini established the Policy Development teams at Uber and Bird. He previously also held positions in NYC Mayor Mike Bloomberg’s administration.
