Nicklas Linz
Nicklas Linz is the founder and CEO at ki elements. He is an AI researcher and computer scientist trained at the Saarland University and German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). His major research areas include machine learning methods and natural language processing for early detection of dementia. Nicklas and his collaborators have contributed to 32 conference and journal publications. Their dementia screening technology received the “Best Paper Award” at the Pervasive Health Conference (2018) and ICDM (IEEE international conference on data mining series). ki elements is based in Saarbrücken, Germany. Leveraging speech and language to assess neurological and psychiatric pathologies to develop clinical speech biomarkers is their objective. Their innovative technology is based on research collaborations with world-known pharmaceutical companies and clinical and academic partners.
