Joelle Williams
Joelle has always had a penchant for playing at the intersection of business and creativity. As a matter of fact, I remember colleagues saying that I manage from a humanistic view point. Managing for People- Clients- Purpose, (in that stated order), have always been Joelles' principles; using design thinking principles, even before she knew there was a name for it. Joelle manages, leads, and create with an empathetic point of view as a part of her DNA. Working in rapidly changing environments, collaborating, and bringing multi-disciplinary teams together is what fuels Joelles' passion. The desire to finding new ways to solve complex problems led Joelle to pursue a degree in design thinking; Strategic Design MBA. The continuum bridging Joelles' past and present is the curation of memorable experiences. Joelle draws upon her background as a retailer, adjunct professor and product manager to deliver unique curated experiences.
