Jessica Galimore

Jessica Galimore is a Manager in Deloitte’s Government Human Capital practice where she brings nearly two decades of experience developing people-first strategies to achieve mission and business results. She has developed a deep understanding of workforce strategies, alternative talent practices, and employment equity through her work with a number of public sector clients in not-for-profit, defense, justice, international development, public health, and other industries. In addition, Jessica is a dedicated leader within Deloitte’s Anti-Human Trafficking team, which connects industries and sectors to expand their capabilities to work towards the eradication of modern slavery, and currently sits on the Board of Directors for a survivor-led organization - Karana Rising. She has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts concentrated in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
