Alli Myatt

Alli Myatt is a principal and co-founder of The Equity Practice. Alli has over two decades of experience advising nonprofits, districts, charter networks and companies on their practices. Prior to founding The Equity Practice, Alli was the Chief Operating Officer of Teaching Trust, where she led organizational wide DEI strategy, along with organizational strategy, talent, finance, and operations work. Alli worked at Teach For America where she was responsible for leading the National District & School partnership strategy and support team. Alli also has deep experience working with districts and charter networks to improve their hiring and other talent practices through her work at TNTP and The Bridgespan Group. Alli is on the board of BOOM, a youth development nonprofit in Dallas that is focused on collective liberation. Alli has an MBA from The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
