Rosa Lee Timm

Rosa Lee Timm holds the roles of Division President of CSD Social Venture Fund and Chief Marketing Officer for Communication Service for the Deaf. Rosa Lee is a well-known performance artist, widely recognized for her American Sign Language music videos and work as Creative Director and performer on The Rosa Lee Show for 17 years. Before becoming one of the only BIPOC Deaf women to lead in the venture capital and marketing industries, Rosa Lee spent over 20 years developing her marketing skills: digital and social media; video and film production; advertising; content development; entertainment; event planning; photography and graphic design. She has demonstrated exemplary entrepreneurship along the way, having established a magazine, a Deaf music camp, and a one-woman-show that ran for 17 years. Rosa Lee earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Rochester Institute of Technology and her master’s in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Western Oregon University.
