Flori Marquez

Flori Marquez is a Founder and Head of Operations at BlockFi, a crypto financial services company focused on building a bridge between cryptocurrencies and traditional financial markets to accelerate global prosperity. In this role, Flori oversees institutional and retail operations, product, client service, people, and engineering functions in addition to BlockFi's APAC team. Flori has spent her career managing alternative lending products and is extremely passionate about driving inclusion and empowerment within the financial ecosystem - both for consumers, startup talent and aspiring entrepreneurs. She has received many accolades for her work building BlockFi including being named to Forbes 30 under 30, INC.'s Top 100 Female Founders, and The Information’s Crypto Power List.
