Toyin Ajayi

Toyin Ajayi is co-founder and president of Cityblock Health, a company focused on enabling a path to healthier communities through a digitally-enabled, integrated medical, behavioral health and social service delivery model for low-income Medicaid populations.

Prior to this, Toyin served as Chief Medical Officer of Commonwealth Care Alliance, an integrated health plan and care delivery system. In this role, she led clinical operations, spearheaded care delivery innovations and oversaw multi-disciplinary teams of clinicians, community health workers and administrators serving more than 20,000 beneficiaries across Massachusetts.
